GA Plaintiff Did Not Demonstrate Injury

Grant of summary judgment to bank, AFFIRMED, in plaintiff’s action claiming that bank lost its first priority security interest on certain property on which plaintiff also maintained special security interest; trial court DID NOT ERR in granting summary judgment to bank, because plaintiff did not demonstrate that he was injured, even if bank’s deed to secure debt did not adequately describe property, since bank’s unrebutted evidence showed that plaintiff recovered all that was owed to him.
